Embedding video into a blog is very easy. Follow these steps and you will be impressing your colleagues with impressive video clips about all the important news happening in the blogosphere.

Step 1: Once you have started a post, go to a video site like You Tube, Teacher Tube or Google Video.

Step 2: Find a video that is relevant to your post

Step 3: Copy the URL from the top of the window.

4. Go back to your post

5. Click on the yellow ‘A’ button in your text editor

7. Copy and paste the URL of the video you want to embed into the area provided

Students really enjoy the opportunity to create their own customized web identities, and an avatar is a perfect start to that customization.

2) At the top of your dashboard click on the “Blogroll” link

7. Finally, click “View Site” and then test your link.
